I will buy this shirt again. I will keep looking to see if they add colors. Petal Purple Verified Purchase. After second wash, it was hanging to dry and I noticed a stray thread See picture of seams under arm. This used to be a well made brand. Well, the size was good, but the fabric was thin and on the white, that's a bummer. I am modest about my undergarments showing through and they do. I am about a size 16 and the 1X fit great--not too tight.
I bought this shirt big because all of the reviews said how small it is and that it would shrink down a size. I typically wear an xl top and sometimes a 2x if I want it to be a little big.
So I got a 3x, it is huge, I washed it, still way too big. Also from the picture, I thought it was asymmetrical and the front was shorter than the back, but it is all one length. I do not want a T-shirt that I have to iron to wear it, but that is just something that is a nuisance for me. The only good thing, was the material is thick, which was surprising for the price of the shirt. I liked the weight of this t-shirt light weight but not too delicate but the cut wasn't what I was looking for.
I also thought it ran quite small for a plus size 3X fit smaller than an old navy regular XXL t-shirt. The arms were short and tight - but that is not unexpected for me, as my arms are large compared to my mid-section. It was also quite short.
It fit, but just barely. The deal breaker for me was that the v-neck was very high. I prefer a deep to very deep V. Based on the images I expected a moderate V, which would be ok, but this was a very high V, barely more open than a crew neck. I am trying a larger size, although I ordered my normal size have worn same size for many years now and was very surprised at how small this shirt was-ordered another two sizes larger.
I liked the look and feel of the shirt, so will hope larger size fits. I love this shirt. I buy it one size too large and use it for pajamas and it is my favorite pj top.
I ordered some in other colors in the right size to wear out of the house. It gets softer with washings, holds up extremely well.
Great shirt for the price. If you are large arms the arms are perfect. We bought for my Mother in law and she loved them. The neck line was perfect as it did not feel like it was choking her and it was not too low like other tees. See all reviews.
